[Music] Greetings. This is NEBGH Voices, and I’m Kim Thiboldeaux. A warm welcome and happy holidays to NEBGH members, partners, and listeners. It’s been a very productive and busy year at NEBGH, and we appreciate everyone’s engagement throughout the year. I just wanted to share a few highlights from 2025. NEBGH delivered 71 programs this year, amazing, including conferences, webinars, and member events. Attendance across our programs reached record highs, and by the way, the annual conference sold out. Tremendous engagement from our employers and from our partners. I’m also pleased to share that we welcome two new board members this year, including Michael Fusaro from Aetna and Joanna Klein from Zoetis.

I also want to remind you guys that we launched a new strategic plan this year. You can find it on our website, but it outlines our strategy and vision for the next three years at NEBGH. A couple of other highlights I want to touch on briefly, we had our first-ever Women’s Health Conference this spring, which was incredibly well attended. We got rave reviews, and our first oncology summit, which we hosted this fall, in November. Our annual conference had the theme of supercharging prevention. All of these were terrific, well-attended, and well-reviewed programs. And just a quick reminder, if you missed anything this year, you can revisit recent podcasts and webinars on our website. I also want to highlight something else for you at year’s end. Earlier this month, we hosted Mondays with Dr. Mark and Dr. Michael. The webinar featured the topic of mindfulness with expert and author Harriet Stein. The webinar explored how evidence-based practices support better performance, focus, and overall well-being. Harriet Stein also offered practical, mindful holiday strategies to help employees navigate seasonal stress, family dynamics, and year-end overload, which I know many of us are feeling right now. So we encourage all of you to revisit this conversation with Harriet. The link to that episode will be in the program note, so take a look at that.

Just a quick note, looking ahead to 2026. I’m so excited for a powerful year ahead with new programming, initiatives, and events, and I want to highlight that our 2026 annual conference, the 15th anniversary of the conference, will be on June 18th. So mark your calendars. We hope to see you there. So in closing, I want to thank our NEBGH community for your continued partnership and your support. I want to wish everyone rest, joy, and a healthy start to the new year. Enjoy the break and stay tuned for new episodes of NEBGH Voices in 2026, and as always, I wish you wellness.

And I am one of the voices, and I am one, one of the voices… of NEBGH.
