Can you share a bit about your current role as Head of Global Benefits, Wellbeing and Mobility at Zoetis and how this work connects with NEBGH’s mission?

As the Head of Global Benefits and Wellbeing at Zoetis, I oversee the strategy, design, and delivery of benefits programs that support our colleagues in over 45 countries. My focus is on creating comprehensive offerings that support physical, emotional, financial, and social health—including pet benefits that honor our commitment to animal health.

This work connects closely to NEBGH’s mission of advancing the quality and value of health benefits and healthcare. At Zoetis, we’re committed to delivering accessible, equitable, and innovative benefits—values that NEBGH champions as well. By collaborating with NEBGH and its members, we share best practices, learn from industry peers, and help shape collective efforts to address key workplace health challenges, such as mental health support, chronic condition management, and health equity.

Has a personal experience ever inspired you to drive positive change in your organization? If so, how did it shape your work?

In May 2020, I joined Zoetis as Head of Benefits during a pivotal time—a new CEO, the onset of COVID-19, and widespread social unrest. While navigating these global challenges, I was also caring for my mom through end-of-life, which deepened my perspective on the importance of colleague wellbeing.

With the new CEO elevating HR and wellbeing as strategic priorities, I transformed our benefits program from basic health and insurance offerings to a comprehensive framework supporting wellbeing more broadly. This included launching a modernized global EAP, new caregiving benefits, and enhancements to fertility and student loan assistance. I’m proud to have helped position Zoetis as an employer of choice and to champion wellbeing as a core organizational value.

Outside of work, what are some passions, interests, or ways you like to recharge that you’d like to share with our community?

Being active is something I look forward to, whether that means a walk in my neighborhood, a HIIT class, or vinyasa flow yoga. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes, particularly modern Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes inspired by Yotam Ottolenghi. Most of all, I value spending time with my family and friends—whether we’re gathered around a meal trying a new recipe, taking a walk in the local reservation, or attending an exercise class together.
